Made with microbial rennet - great for vegetarians!
This French Raclette cheese is creamier and also stronger than the Swiss Emmi Raclette.

Who is Societe Fromagere du Livradois?
The Societe Fromagere du Livradois is based in Fournols and was created in 1949 by Jean Thuaire. It remains to this day a family run cheese dairy that never seems to change, enriched by a well-preserved territory at altitudes of between 2300 and 4000 feet.
The dairy farms and cheese makers are located in the heart of Livradois-Forez Regional Natural Park in Auvergne.
