Succumb to the extremely soft heart of this Bishop's Bridge, under its slightly orange crust. Typed without being strong on the palate, Pont l'Evêque has a subtle flavour and a slight taste of hazelnut and butter.
 
Le Pont l'Évêque takes its name from the small town of Pont l'Evêque, between Lisieux and Deauville, where it was already highly appreciated in Normandy in the Middle Ages.
 
Gillot makes it from raw milk, milk has not undergone any heat treatment, it keeps all the flora intact, guaranteeing the cheese a taste rich in flavours and authentic.

Who is Isigny?
Isigny Sainte-Mère is a French dairy cooperative founded in 1932 and located in the Isigny region (Normandy), cradle of the Protected Designations of Origin (PDO) Butter and Isigny Cream, of which it is the main producer.
Since its inception, the cooperative has combined tradition, innovation and quality in the manufacture of its products, being pioneer and innovative in many areas relating to their manufacture.
Isigny is the most awarded dairy at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris with more than 300 medals and 2 prizes of Excellence.
