We offer fresh products flown in weekly, these products are available on a pre-order basis only. We take orders on FRIDAY until 3 pm. The order is placed to our producers on SUNDAY.
Fresh products arrive at our warehouse to be dispatched to customers on THURSDAY. You order on Friday and receive them the following FRIDAY.

The passion for oyster farming has run in the veins of the Hervé family for three generations. A passion marked by patience, effort and, inevitably, unwavering love for the oyster farmer profession and the Marennes-Oléron basin, a land cradled by the sea and marshes. Since 1939.
