This apricot purée is made exclusively with apricots grown in the Rhone-Alps region of France. We use the Bergeron variety of apricot for its firm, juicy flesh and with its high provitamin A (carotene) content the apricot is known for its beneficial effects on the skin, growth and night vision.

The purée is sweetened with 10% by weight of granulated sugar and then pasteurised to avoid discoloration. 
The fruit undergoes low temperature processing to preserve all the organoleptic and nutritional qualities of the fruit.
