Delivery Service

WHERE WE DELIVER.

We will deliver to most addresses within Thailand, but do not deliver to international locations. We require a street address for delivery – unfortunately we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Some remote locations cannot be serviced, however Gourmet Brands carrier may be able to deliver to a local depot where you can collect your products.

The locations we can deliver to may change from time-to-time. Please call our Sales Agents to find out if we deliver to your location.


HOW AND WHEN WE DELIVER.

All deliveries are made 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday by Repertoire Culinaire chosen carrier. For orders placed before 3.00pm on a weekday, please allow from the confirmation of dispatch:

All regional areas add 1-2 business days to metro estimates

Requests for delivery on specific days cannot be guaranteed when standard shipping is selected, however we will always do our best to aim for delivery on or before the requested date.

During peak periods (Easter and Christmas), the delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary.

Repertoire Culinaire offers a Free Pick up options.

Free Local Pick up can be organised by appointment – Please call our team.

-Standard Delivery

Orders over 3000 Baht receive free delivery in Bangkok. 

Interstate: Orders over 10,000 Baht receive free delivery.

Cost can also be calculated by weight and destination on checkout.

-Express Delivery

Express Delivery is available on request only at an additional cost.

-International Shipping

Delivery services only in Thailand.


OUT OF STOCKS

If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted within that period advising you of any potential delay in the delivery of your order. If you find the delay unacceptable, we can offer alternative, similar products, a refund of the out of stock item or a refund of the entire order.

Order Changes or Cancellations

We strive to process orders quickly. If you wish to cancel or change an order, you should contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we will try to accommodate your request.


ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY

Deliveries must be signed for, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by Repertoire Culinaire to be authorised to receive the products.

Unfortunately, Repertoire Culinaire and its carriers are unable to provide an estimate of the delivery time. In the instance someone is not able to sign for your delivery, Repertoire Culinaire carrier will leave a note or you will be contact by our team.

Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery of the product(s) by the courier.
